The 2025 TV lineup – LG

LG’s 2025 lineup is a landmark year, introducing the “Primary RGB Tandem” 4-stack OLED panels and the debut of “Micro RGB” technology.

All models now feature webOS 25, which includes the new “Affectionate Intelligence” AI suite.

These models represent the absolute pinnacle of luxury and performance, designed for minimalist setups and massive screens.

Micro RGB evo (MRGB95): The 2025 halo product. It uses individual Red, Green, and Blue LEDs to achieve 100% color volume and unprecedented brightness without a traditional backlight.
Signature OLED M5: The wireless flagship. It uses a Zero Connect Box to transmit 4K/144Hz video and audio to the screen wirelessly. It features the new “Tandem OLED” panel for significant brightness gains.

Known for perfect blacks and infinite contrast, the 2025 OLEDs have been upgraded with faster refresh rates for gaming.

OLED evo G5 (Gallery Edition): The brightest OLED in the lineup. It features a flush-to-wall “One Wall” design, the $\alpha11$ AI Processor Gen2, and a class-leading 165Hz refresh rate (on most sizes).
OLED evo C5: The mainstream performance leader. It uses the $\alpha9$ AI Processor Gen8 and supports up to a 144Hz refresh rate. It offers a premium “evo” panel at a more accessible price than the G-series.
OLED B5: The entry-point to OLED. It features a 120Hz refresh rate and four HDMI 2.1 ports, making it an excellent high-value choice for movie lovers and gamers alike.

These are the best choices for bright rooms, combining Quantum Dot color with Mini-LED backlighting for high brightness and reduced glare.

QNED93 / QNED9M: The premium Mini-LED models. The 9M version features wireless Zero Connect technology, while the 93 offers “Precision Dimming Pro” for high-contrast performance.
QNED85 / 86 / 87: The performance mid-range. They feature 120Hz native panels (144Hz VRR) and the $\alpha8$ AI Processor, making them the go-to for big-screen sports and gaming.
QNED80 / 82 / 84: Entry-level QNEDs with 60Hz panels. They provide excellent color accuracy via NanoCell tech but use standard edge-lit dimming.

Reliable 4K TVs focused on everyday streaming and larger sizes at budget-friendly prices.

Nano80 / 83 / 85: Uses NanoCell technology to filter out dull colors for a “purer” 4K image. They feature the $\alpha7$ AI Processor Gen8.
UT9000 / UA83 / UA82: The basic 4K UHD lineup. These models offer the core webOS 25 experience and AI upscaling but lack the advanced dimming and color technologies of the higher tiers.
